OT-Kumi Oy is an experienced and respected manufacturer of sealing products. We are committed to developing our operations and following user experiences we receive of different sealing materials and profiles. These experiences guide our product development which is part of our everyday actions.
Design Services
If the standard models are not suited for your needs, we will manufacture customized nozzles according to your sealing requirements. This allows us to provide tailor-made service to all our customers. Our nozzles are manufactured with computer-guided machinery according to drawings provided by the customer themself or to specifications made by our designers. Using computer-aided machinery results in excellent precision in the finished product.
Sealing Profile Manufacturing
Our production lines are modern and efficient. To ensure precision and reliable deliveries, we manufacture the nozzles for the sealing profiles ourselves. Today, the choice of raw material is increasingly more influenced by environmental issues – and in recent years, the use of the environmentally friendly TPE has grown significantly. This is why we have also systematically invested in the development of these profiles.
Production of Upgraded Products
In upgrading, the sealing profile, that has been designed and manufactured according to the needs of our customers, will be finalized into the desired shape, for example, as a hoop, a circle, or an angle. For upgrading purposes, we manufacture our own coupling molds to produce the desired shape.
Waterjet Cutting
Waterjet cutting is suitable for shaping rubber and other materials, perforating sealing profiles, beveling, and other highly precise cutting tasks involving mats and sheets. The waterjet cutting process we utilize can be used to further process almost all our materials.
