Our Team is Looking for a Sales Specialist

We are seeking to expand our team with a sales expert, who will boost sales and identify new distributors in international export markets. Your responsibilities will include selling extruded profile tapes and seals and brainstorming new product and sealing solutions for our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for practical sales work with our automotive, maritime, and construction industry clients, as well as sales development. Your tasks will involve managing existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers, both in Finland and internationally. You will work closely with production and technical support and be interested in developing sales and related functions, processes, and systems. The primary work location is Ii or the Oulu region, with other options negotiable.

We expect you to have experience and a proven track record in selling industrial products in the B2B market, both in Finland and internationally. You should have a relevant education in technology or commerce, and a network and/or interest in the automotive and transportation industry as well as construction. The role requires willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.

We expect you to have a self-driven, committed, and long-term approach to achieving sales results. You are a credible presenter and negotiator. Fluency in English and Swedish is required, and knowledge of other languages is considered a plus. In addition to sales and marketing expertise, international contract knowledge is appreciated.
